Life Coach for Working Moms

Where insight meets action

Therapy is great, but you don’t want to just talk about your challenges.
You’re ready to solve them.

That’s where coaching comes in. As a working mom and Certified Life & Executive Coach, I give you the tools, strategies, and support to help you manage your time and get things done—without adding more to your plate.

A woman with glasses and shoulder-length hair stands by a window, holding a maroon notebook and a purple pen, smiling softly, near large green plants inside a room with wooden trim.
A circular logo with the text "nurture • working • fill life • coach • mother" around the perimeter, and a stylized lowercase "mn" in the center, all in brown on a black background.

Picture this…

  • The next time you get the call from school that your kid is sick, you’re not mad that your day will look drastically different. You’ve worked ahead on the important things and you calmly rearrange the rest.

  • Your to-do list no longer overwhelms you. Yes, it’s long but you have a system and a process for breaking it down and getting it all done that doesn’t involve working every night after the kids go to bed.

  • You regularly have an evening away from the kids - yoga class, book club, or a girls night - and instead of feeling guilty for not being with them or thinking about all the stuff you should be doing, you enjoy your time and feel refreshed.

I’ve helped hundreds of working moms find the calm amidst the chaos, and it’s possible for you too!

Testimonials

A woman with blonde hair smiling outdoors with a hilly landscape and trees in the background.

"When I started the program, I felt like ‘busy’ was the only way to describe my life. Now, even though my schedule is still full, I feel completely different about it. I feel in control of my time. Work feels meaningful, and I’m intentionally making space for my health, my family, and time in nature without the guilt I used to carry. That shift alone has been huge."

"I came into coaching feeling like a failure — waking up at 3am stressed about work, snapping at my kids, bottling everything up. Six months later, I feel lighter. I've finally given myself permission to slow down without the guilt, I’m having the hard conversations I used to avoid, and the pressure I used to put on myself to always be doing more, achieving more, getting more done has let up as a result."

Tracy L.

"I was carrying the entire mental load in silence and slowly resenting everyone for it. Coaching helped me let go of the hero complex, actually communicate with my husband, and stop white-knuckling everything. For the first time in four years of motherhood, I feel like I'm living my life instead of just managing it."

My approach is a little different

Coaching with me is part reflection, part action. I bring my experience coaching hundreds of working moms into every session, and we won’t just talk about how that makes you feel. I'll offer real ideas, push you to think differently, and help you figure out what actually needs to change.

You'll be lovingly challenged. I'll invite you to explore new perspectives, experiment with different ways of doing things, and look at your life from angles you haven't considered before because that's where the shifts happen.

You are the expert in your own life. I'm not here to tell you that your circumstances don't matter or that you just need to think differently. They do matter and you know them best. What we do together is take all of that into account and ask: what do you want to choose now?

You won't decide alone. I'll bring ideas, insights, and questions to every session so you leave feeling clearer about how to create a life that feels enjoyable and manageable.

“I came into coaching just trying to survive each day –– going numb, drowning in guilt, terrified that if I left the dishes in the sink the whole house would fall apart. Now, I’m more at peace, less stressed, and I have actual confidence as a mom, spouse, and employee. I finally gave myself persmission to not be 100% everywhere all the time and everything got better because of it.”

Client experiences

“Like many working moms, I wanted to figure out how to "do it all." I had a lot on my plate with working full time and taking care of a baby, and I was worried that the only answer would be “do less.” Katelyn helped me reframe this challenge, though. She provided actionable ways to make/find time and change my mindset around how I choose to spend that time.”
