You have leadership development programs, Employee Resource Groups, and initiatives designed to retain and advance female talent. And yet:

  • Your highest-performing employees are quietly burning out.

  • Your people are running on empty while the work that actually moves the needles keeps getting pushed aside.

  • Burnout and the mental load are pipeline problems and it’s your high-potential women who are most at risk.

  • Your strongest performers are questioning whether they can sustain this pace and some of them are quietly making plans to leave.

This isn’t a personal failing. It’s a systemic gap and it’s costing you…

in employee engagement scores, in leadership pipelines, and in everyday moments that define your workplace culture.

That’s where Katelyn comes in.

MEET KATELYN

Katelyn Denning is a certified life and executive coach, Fair Play Method Facilitator, and a working mom of three who has lived everything she teaches.

After more than a decade in the corporate world managing deadlines, clients, and a full life outside of work, Katelyn knows firsthand how impossible the juggle can feel. She also knows that it can be different.

Her approach is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: you are not a victim of your time. Everyday you make choices about how you spend it and with the right tools, those choices can be more intentional, more sustainable, and more aligned with what actually matters.

Katelyn brings that same energy to every stage and every workshop. Her sessions are practical and research-informed, but never preachy. She combines real-world strategies with genuine conversation and audience interaction, creating experiences that feel collaborative.

Whether leading a keynote at a women’s conference, facilitating a breakout at a corporate event, or running a hands-on workshop with a university team, Katelyn customizes every engagement to speak directly to your audience.

It was a pleasure having you! Thanks so much. I’ve had nothing but positive feedback about your session.

Between client demands, deadlines, household responsibilities, and personal wellbeing, it can feel like there’s never enough time and you’re always behind. This session goes back to basics, offering a practical, no-fluff approach to planning your time so the most important things actually get done. No more white-knuckling your week or hoping it’ll all fit. Participants will walk away with a clear, repeatable system for their time and the confidence that they can follow through.

Making the Invisible Visible
The Mental Load is Real and It’s Time to Talk About It

Employees are burning out. Not because they lack capability or drive, but because so much of the work they carry is invisible. This empowering, practical session names the mental load for what it is, explores how it impacts women’s capacity and careers, and equips attendees with language and strategies to protect their time, energy, and leadership potential. Whether attendees are early in their careers or leading teams, this session offers a new lens on what it means to manage well and how visibility changes everything.

What Attendees Will Walk Away With:

  • An understanding of the difference between task execution and task decisions and why the latter drains more energy

  • Insight into how the mental load impacts capacity and leadership pipelines

  • Practical tools for setting expectations and defining standards that prevent resentment

  • Strategies for making invisible work visible - at work and at home

Note: Katelyn is a certified Fair Play Method Facilitator and weaves this research-backed framework throughout this session.

Rested
Reclaiming Energy, Capacity, and Sustainable Performance

Rest isn’t a reward. It’s required maintenance for high performers. This research-informed session challenges the productivity culture that glorifies exhaustion and reframes rest as a strategic necessity, not a luxury. Attendees will explore the 7 types of rest, identify where their personal rest deficits lie, and leave with practical micro and macro strategies they can implement immediately, even in the midst of a dull and demanding life.

What Attendees Will Walk Away With:

  • A clear understanding of the difference between sleep and true rest and why both matter

  • The 7 types of rest and a framework for identifying personal rest deficits

  • Concrete, immediately applicable strategies for sustainable energy and performance

  • A shift in perspective: rest as a professional responsibility, not a personal indulgence
