1:1 Coaching for Working Moms

What if you stopped waiting for things to get easier and started enjoying your working mom life now?

Only 3 spots available.

You have so much to be grateful for - healthy kids, good job, nice home - but instead of enjoying it all, you feel tired, stressed, and overwhelmed just trying to keep up.

It’s an endless cycle.

A woman with glasses and shoulder-length brown hair is sitting on the floor with children, working on a jigsaw puzzle. The kids are sitting around her, all focused on the puzzle pieces in front of them. The room has wooden floors, a beige rug, and a dining table in the background.
  • Your mind is constantly running through your never-ending to-do list, strategizing about how to fit it all in.

  • When you do take a minute to sit down or play with your kids, you’re not really “there.” You’re thinking and worrying about you need to do next.

  • And when you catch yourself not being fully present, you feel guilty.

“What’s wrong with me? They deserve my attention.”
“But how can I be more present if I don’t get all of this done?”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
And it’s time to break the cycle.

INTRODUCING:

1:1 Coaching

6 months of personalized support to help you manage your time, achieve your goals, and fall back in love with your life.

How would it feel to be the mom who’s focused more on her life than her to-do list?

A woman and four children playing a card game around a table in a living room with bookshelves, a fireplace, and decorative items.
A woman with glasses and shoulder-length gray hair, wearing a red sweater, sits at a desk holding a mug, in front of an open laptop, with a notebook nearby.
A woman and a young girl are playing on a blue jungle gym in a park. The woman is holding the girl up, and they are smiling at each other. There are trees and a colorful playground structure in the background.

Imagine if you could:

That’s exactly what we’ll do in 1:1 coaching.

Testimonials + Social Proof

“I feel more like myself than I have in years. I’m doing things that bring me joy and able to ride the waves of life without being completely derailed. I know how to break down daunting tasks and goals and make small steps toward progress.”

Kate M.

“When I reached out to Katelyn, I had lost the ability to prioritize tasks. I felt “busy” all of the time and was disengaged from my career. After just a few months, I’ve made staggering shifts in my general outlook on life. I approach each day with decisiveness and purpose and accept each moment and season of my life as it is, without judgment. A million times YES, I would recommend Katelyn.”

What can we work on?

1:1 Coaching is fully customized to you and your goals, but here are some examples of what I’ve helped past clients with:

  • – like a Sunday reset that takes 20 minutes instead of two hours, or a simple home management routine that doesn't rely on you holding everything in your head.

  • so you can stop keeping score and start feeling like a team again.

  • – whether it's spending 45 minutes choosing a birthday gift or putting off a career decision for months because you keep researching instead of deciding. We work on learning to trust yourself so you can make the call and move on.

  • – more patient, more present, less snapping at your kids because you've been running on empty since 7am.

  • – like the client who came to me stuck in the same role for years and left our six months together with a promotion she'd stopped believing was possible.

  • – including learning how to delegate and trust your team so you can stop being in the weeds and actually focus on the strategic work only you can do.

  • – a hobby, a creative outlet, a goal you set aside when life got loud. We figure out how to make room for it without guilt.

  • – not because someone told you to, but because you're tired of feeling sluggish and you want to actually feel good in your body for the long haul. I'm not a health coach, but I'll help you figure out where the time is hiding and how to follow through.

  • building a vision for your life that goes beyond the to-do list and starts to feel exciting again.

How it Works

Coaching is not about adding more to your already full plate. It’s about evaluating what you’re already doing, experimenting with new ways to simplify your life, and shifting the way that you think about it all so you can create more time and more enjoyment in your life.

A woman wearing glasses and a red cardigan is sitting at a desk with a laptop, holding a pen near her face, looking down at the laptop screen.

Define Your Goals

The first part of the coaching process is to define your goals and I will help you through that exercise. Once your goals are defined, we’ll move through three phases together:

1. Define Your Goals

A woman with gray hair, wearing glasses and a red sweater, sitting at a black desk with a Dell laptop, smiling with her hands clasped, in a bright office with white walls and large windows.

We’ll look at what you’re currently doing and how you’re spending your time so we can identify the gaps between where you are and what you ultimately want. We’ll decide what needs to change and how to make those adjustments. From calendar and schedule updates to communication and boundary setting, you’ll get my eyes and experience on it all.

2. Audit Your Life

A woman with glasses in a red top is sitting at a table, writing on a sheet of paper with a black pen. On the table, there is a pink notebook with a yellow pencil, a floral notebook with two pens, a blue timer, and some papers.

This phase is where the action happens. With each session, we’ll continue to experiment with changes - to your mindset and your to-dos. You’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and know exactly where to focus your time and attention between sessions. With each change, I’ll provide you with the tools, strategies, and resources to support the goals you’re working toward. The changes you make here will have a lasting impact on how you feel each day.

3. Implementation & Experimentation

A woman sitting at a desk with papers, pens, and a laptop, wearing a red sweater and bracelet, with her hands clasped.

The final phase is about following through and integrating all of the skills and practices you’ve learned. No matter the curveballs that life throws your way, you’ll be able to navigate them while still maintaining everything you’ve learned in coaching. You might surprise yourself with the ideas that you now have for your life. Things are better than you could have imagined. You’re content where you are while also dreaming about what else you could do.

4. Long-Term Impact

Testimonials + Social Proof

“Before coaching, I felt like a hamster on a wheel just going through the motions. Now, I feel like I’ve raised the bar on how I spend my time. I’m doing things that are creatively fulfilling, financially lucrative, and just things that are exciting!”

Hannah H.

“Katelyn was a lifeline. She introduced me to tools to address day-to-day time management challenges, be more present in my relationships, redefine my approach and my ability to rest and relax on a daily basis, and to completely change my internal narrative to control overwhelm and anxiety.”

Katie D.

You want a coach who gets it.

Not just in theory, but someone who has sat in the daycare parking lot crying because she’s late for a 9 AM meeting and can’t remember the last time she felt like herself. Someone who knows that specific pull between wanting to work and wanting to be there for your kids. Who has felt the mental load of holding her career, her kids, her marriage, and her own needs all at once and wondered why it felt so much harder than it looked from the outside.

I’m Katelyn, a full-time working mom of 3, a certified life & executive coach, and Fair Play Method Facilitator…

Who spent over a decade in corporate America traveling, pumping, doing the daycare shuffle, and managing clients and deadlines while quietly wondering if there was a better way to do all of this.

I believe there is. But it's not about doing more. It's about getting clear on what actually matters to you and building a life around that instead of around everyone else's expectations.

My approach is a blend of real, tactical action and the kind of perspective shifts that make you wonder why you were so stuck in the first place. We acknowledge what's hard, we get honest about what you want, and then we make a plan and follow through on it.

Coaching isn’t just talking about your problems. It’s actually doing something about them.

In addition to working and parenting, I'm also a wife, an avid reader, a gardener, a planner, and someone who protects her daily walks and weight training like they're a work meeting.

If you're ready to feel less like you're surviving and more like you're actually living the life you want, I'd love to work with you.

This is for you if…

  • You’re a working mom (full or part-time, employed or self-employed) who is done just venting about your problems and ready to actually solve them with real support, real accountability, and a plan that's built around your life, not a generic framework.

  • You want the most personalized support available. You're not looking for a course or a group program – you want someone who knows your situation, remembers your history, and gives you advice tailored specifically to you.

  • You're ready to do the work. You know change requires effort and you're not looking for someone to hand you the answers – you're looking for a thought partner who will help you find them and then hold you to them.

  • You're willing to get honest – with yourself and with your coach – about what's really going on, what you really want, and what's been getting in your way.

  • You're ready to invest in yourself at the level that matches the size of the change you want to make.

This is NOT for you if…

  • You want to talk about your problems but aren't quite ready to change them.

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution and don’t value working with someone who knows you, your history, and your situation.

  • You'd rather figure it out on your own. If you're not open to outside perspective, tailored feedback, or being pushed to think differently, this probably isn't the right fit.

  • You want someone to just tell you what to do. While I will give you frameworks, tools, and ideas, the work of deciding and doing is yours.

  • You're not ready to prioritize yourself right now. And that's okay, but this container is for the woman who has decided that now is her time.

FAQ

  • I’ve not coached a working mom who wasn’t busy. My clients are just like you - working hard in their careers, taking care of kids, managing homes, life admin, and other responsibilities. At some point you have to decide that there will never be a time when you’re not busy. And so if you want to make time for the things that are important to you, there’s no sense in waiting.

I know the realities of how much time you have because I’m right there with you - a full-time working mom of 3 young kids. If you can come to our bi-weekly coaching session focused and open to experimenting with new strategies and perspectives, and if you can complete your homework in between sessions (homework that we assign based on your capacity and how much time you have), then you will get MORE than what you came for. My #1 is for my clients to be successful. I will be your partner in achieving your goals.

  • I always say that therapy is largely past-to-present focused whereas coaching is present-to-future focused. Both are valuable and serve a purpose. But many working moms come to coaching when they are ready to take action. They are interested in looking toward the future and changing what is within their control to change. In addition, my 1:1 coaching package provides more in-between session support than is typical in my experience with therapy. You have access to resources and a Slack channel to ask questions outside of scheduled session time so you don’t have to wait to get unstuck or continue making progress.

  • Yes, there is “homework”, but probably not the kind of homework you remember from school. Coaching homework in coaching is about taking what you’re already doing in your daily life - meal planning, morning routine, calendar management, delegating to your team - and making adjustments. In most cases, you’re not adding something new, you’re editing something that already exists. Homework is your opportunity to experiment and test out new and different ways of doing things so you can gather data about what works, what resonates, and what doesn’t. Lastly, homework is not something that I assign. These are things that we create and agree upon together. If you have an exceptionally busy week with work travel or social commitments, we’ll take that into consideration. If you’re feeling eager and ready to dive in, your homework will reflect that. We’ll work together to make sure that what you do outside of session matches what you’re learning in session and that it matches your capacity and time.

  • Yes! Many of my clients have been successful in asking their employers to pay for life & executive coaching. After all,  an investment in you is an investment in their future success as well.

To make it easy and save you time, I’ve created a sample email that you can send to your manager to ask about using professional development or learning and development funds to pay for your coaching sessions. I also have a PDF overview that you can share to highlight the key benefits for organizations who invest in coaching for their employees.

To get these materials, please email hello(at)themothernurture(dot)com.

  •  The length of this program is intentionally designed to get you the best results possible. While most clients start to see improvements and feel better within the first month of coaching, 6 months is the minimum length of time that it takes my clients to achieve transformation and integrate their goals as a way of life. And because change is never a smooth ride and life will continue life’ing, my clients need and want support as they come across challenges in everyday life. I want you to learn how to maintain these changes not just when things are going well, but also when things feel hard. You’re not just learning the ‘how’ of change. You’re becoming the person who is changed.

  • I get it - life is expensive. Kids are expensive. And this is definitely an investment. While I can’t answer the question for you, I can ask you what would it be worth to truly enjoy your life? To feel like you can be fully present with your kids when you’re with them. To not constantly be thinking or stressing about your to-do list and feeling the pressure of all the things you still have to do? For the women who’ve gone through 1:1 coaching, it’s hard to put a price tag on how that version of life feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

In just 6 months you will…

Feel like yourself again. Not the version of you that's always behind, exhausted, and only half-present. The version that actually enjoys her life.

You'll move through your days with a sense of calm and confidence that used to feel impossible. Your to-do list will still exist, but it won't run you.

You'll be more present with your kids – really there, not just physically in the room while your mind is somewhere else. And when you're at work, you'll be there too.

You'll have systems that stick even when life gets hard, a partnership with your spouse that feels fun again, and goals that you're actually making progress on.

And maybe most importantly – you'll stop waiting for things to get easier. Because you'll have learned how to make them better.

Every month you wait is another month of feeling like you're just getting through. Another month of guilt, of not being fully present, of putting yourself last and hoping things someday feel easier.

The women who apply to work with me aren't the ones who have it all figured out. They're the ones who have decided they’re done waiting for permission to feel good in their own life.

You deserve more than just ‘getting through’

I’d love to help you get there.

Some days it feels like you’re missing out on this time with your kids.

The dance parties. The bedtime conversations that come out of nowhere. The silly giggles and inquisitive questions. The stage they’re in right now that won’t last forever.

You don’t have to choose between your career and being present for all of it.

You don’t have to keep telling yourself that one day, when work slows down or the kids get older or you finally get organized, you’ll show up the way you really want to.

You can do the work you love and be the mom you want to be. You can have ambition and be there for them. You can stop surviving your life and start actually living it.
