Workshop Questions:

You can download and complete the worksheet here. Or if it's easier to copy and paste the questions into a doc or notes app on your phone or hand-write them on a scrap piece of paper, here they are. Use the tools that you have available and give yourself permission to make it easy, not perfect!

  1. What did you do last weekend? List everything you can think of that you did last weekend.

  2. Review the list you made. How do you feel when you review it? What is your reaction?

  3. Using the framework taught in the workshop, set your intentions for this upcoming weekend. What do you need or want? How do you want to feel at the end of your weekend? What would help you feel like you did enough?

  4. Check your expectations. Using the time block template, fill in your activities, commitments, and the things you listed in #3. Does it all fit? Do you have enough space in each block to allow for flexibility?

  5. Look back over your time block template. Did you include rest, relaxation, or fun? If not, go back and add something in.

  6. What are you most excited about gaining by implementing this framework?

  7. To whom or what can you be accountable?

  8. What’s your biggest question for Katelyn? (it can be about the workshop, the Planning Intensive, or around being a working mom - I’m an open book!)
