There will be a fillable version of the workbook available so you don't have to print. You can print it, of course, if that's your preference. Some attendees have had the workbook up on their screen as a guide and then written their answers and their lists in a separate notebook or doc. You do you!
You'll need the workbook, which I provide digitally in advance of the workshop. You can print it or just have it open on your computer during the training. You'll also want to have your calendar - digital or paper - nearby so you can check dates and commitments. And then I strongly encourage drinks, snacks, a candle, or whatever else you need to be comfy and focused for 90 minutes of planning!
