Meal Planning Made Easy

Do you know what my all-time favorite question is to be asked?

What should we have for dinner?

Just kidding!!!

It's actually my least favorite question because it inevitably comes right about the time when everyone is starting to feel hungry and you realize there's no plan for dinner.

You're tired from working and parenting all day and the decision fatigue is real!

Honestly? If it weren't for the kids, you'd probably just pour a bowl of your favorite cereal and call it a night.

But you're responsible for more than just yourself so you pull whatever you can find out of the freezer, order takeout, or make something simple (again) like breakfast for dinner or grilled cheese and vow to start meal planning next week.

You even start researching recipes and meal ideas, but the entire process takes so long that you run out of time and end up in the same place again, listening to your kids or your husband ask, "What's for dinner?"...

And you just. don't. know.

What if you could design your life so you never have to answer that question again?

What if you had a quick and easy process for choosing meals for the week so that you always know what's for dinner?

In my experience, it's not the list-making or the getting to the grocery store that's the hard part. It's deciding what you should have for dinner for the week that takes the most time and effort.

Creating a simple and realistic meal-planning routine is the most common topic that working moms bring to a Planning Intensive.

After working through dozens of these meal-planning routines, each one slightly different from the last (because no routine is one size fits all), I know that all it usually takes is 30 minutes and we can have a plan mapped out so that you'll know exactly what to do next to put it into action.

{And that still leaves us with an hour to work through other things!}

There'll be no "figuring it out". No decisions that you still have to make. We'll do all that together.

All that'll be left to do is get the groceries and cook. (Sorry, but I can't do that part for you!)

What is a Planning Intensive?

It's a 90-minute session where you bring 2-3 areas of life or work where you feel stuck. Areas that aren't working well, that feel inefficient, or frankly, frustrating. And we create a new plan for how you're going to change things up so that life runs more smoothly.

Here's what's included:

  • Pre-Assessment Questionnaire - Come to your Planning Intensive feeling fully prepared to make the most of our time together by answering questions designed to help you zoom out and get clear on what the challenge is and what your dreams are. We'll be able to dive in quickly to get you the best plan and the biggest results!

  • 1:1 Coaching Session - 90 minutes of personalized coaching designed to give you immediate momentum, a step-by-step plan, and the confidence to start implementing right away. I'll also coach you on how to make your success inevitable.

  • 1 Week of Unlimited Email Support - Feel fully supported as you start to implement your new, simple action plan. I'll help you through challenges or setbacks, answer any questions you have, and cheer you on as you make progress. You will LOVE feeling the change in your days as your vision comes to life.

  • Discount on 1:1 Coaching - If you love your results and want to continue or expand on this work, you'll have the option to apply your Planning Intensive investment to a 1:1 coaching package.

Topics that other working moms have tackled in their Planning Intensive:

  • Creating a new routine for regular exercise, meal planning, shutting down work on time, mornings, and getting to bed earlier.

  • Creating more time to take care of yourself or to dedicate to hobbies, relationships, and personal development without sacrificing sleep, time with your kids, or impact at work.

  • Breaking down daunting projects and big-picture personal or professional goals into a plan that feels doable and exciting.

You have enough stress in your life.

Don’t let deciding what’s for dinner be one more thing to stress about.
