On August 14, 2014, I gave birth to my son and was forever changed by my new title of “mama”. 3 months later I returned to work expecting to return to the woman I used to be. But as I struggled to do it all and make time for myself, I realized I had lost who I was amidst the juggling act that had become my life.
I decided to embark on a challenging journey of self-discovery. Through research and self-coaching I learned that even small tweaks to my routines, my expectations, and most importantly my thoughts, had a huge impact. I began to see this season of life as an opportunity to blend who I used to be with who I wanted to be. I created my own version of ideal motherhood.
I know how the life you created and the woman you used to be can feel like a lifetime ago. I know what it's like to feel lost and alone at a time when you thought you would feel joy and fulfillment. I have been there.

One-on-One Virtual Coaching for
I have created a unique coaching program specifically for new moms. As your coach, we will work together to:
- Figure out what is most important to you in this season of life,
- Identify what is not working for you and write a plan so you can enjoy where you are now, and
- Create routines that work for you and baby to support your priorities and make life more simple.
Most importantly, I offer someone who truly understands your experience and struggles as a first-time mom.
Because new motherhood demands enough of you and your time, most moms meet with me via phone call or video chat. I provide email support between coaching sessions because I understand that questions and concerns can come up at any time.
